At Pro Audio Systems, your purchase or installation doesn't end at the end of sale. Customer support is at the heart of what we do.
Our sales team have a wealth of product knowledge and can answer most technical questions you may have.
Additionally we have an experienced service department with the experience needed in completing component level assessments and repairs.
Because we have been servicing our rental department’s equipment for over 25 years, we understand what is most likely to go wrong and when. We apply this learning to every service meaning we take better preventative action and are able to extend the life of your equipment.
All repairs are subject to a minimum £50.00 excluding VAT inspection fee. Additional labour will be charged at £50.00 excluding VAT per hour.
A deposit of £50.00 is to be left with any repair, refundable in part (If appropriate) or deducted from the overall repair cost. We reserve the right to increase the deposit amount or request further advance payments depending on anticipated overall repair cost.
Any uncollected items will be disposed of after 6 months. Any deposit paid will cover the cost of disposal / WEEE costs.
