In addition to the thousands of products available in our on-line store, our sales department can offer a full range of complimentary services. Most of our staff are either musicians, sound engineers or a/v technicians, not just sales people and so are ideally placed to offer real-world help and advice.
On many occasions, customers know what they want to achieve, but need help in designing or planning a system. Our technical staff can talk customers through the various options, providing guidance and making informed recommendations.
We can help with a wide range of issues, including:
- Frequency planning and programming multi-channel wireless microphone systems.
- Building and wiring equipment racks.
- Designing and specifying PA systems of all sizes, from mobile meeting/vocal types, to complete concert systems.
- Designing and specifying audio-visual systems for meeting, conference and board rooms.
We can often arrange demonstrations, either at our own or customers premises and are always happy to provide unbiased friendly advice.
